By using CompareMate ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Beta Status
CompareMate is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on comparison results during the beta period.
3. AI-Generated Content
Comparison results are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. Always verify information independently before making purchasing decisions. Results may be inaccurate or outdated.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to scrape data, abuse the AI system, impersonate others, or engage in any illegal activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
6. Intellectual Property
CompareMate's branding, UI, and underlying technology are our property. AI-generated comparison output is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompareMate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the app.
